1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the 6-Week Reset Programme (the “Programme”) provided by UMOCOEVO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15103378, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By registering for and participating in the Programme, you (“you” or “Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not participate in the Programme.


2. Programme Description

The Programme is a six-week online coaching initiative designed to support high-performing professionals in gaining clarity, confidence, and direction in their personal and professional lives.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the Programme content, schedule, format, or delivery method. Any material changes will be communicated in advance via email.


3. Eligibility

The Programme is designed for professionals aged approximately 35–55 who are:

4. Payment and Fees

The standard Programme Fee is £1,495, however, we are offering a limited-time discounted rate of £995 (inclusive of VAT) for this cohort.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Participant Cancellation

We understand that unforeseen circumstances or dissatisfaction may occur. While all sales are considered final, we are committed to ensuring participant satisfaction and fairness.

If you experience issues or dissatisfaction during the Programme, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible at coach@umocoevo.com so we can work with you to resolve the matter—this may include additional support, access to future sessions, or a partial refund at our discretion.

Refunds are not automatically issued for non-attendance, schedule conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances. However, we reserve the right to issue partial refunds on a case-by-case basis if we are unable to resolve a concern reasonably and fairly.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to coach@umocoevo.com.

Our Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel the Programme due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrolment, illness, or force majeure). In such cases, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued to all registered Participants.


6. Participant Responsibilities

As a Participant, you agree to:

We reserve the right to remove any Participant from the Programme if their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of these Terms. No refund will be issued in such cases.


7. Intellectual Property

All Programme content, including course materials, documents, recordings, templates, and digital resources, is the intellectual property of UMOCOEVO LTD.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You agree to respect the confidentiality of all information shared by other Participants and facilitators during the Programme. This includes, but is not limited to:

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We commit to delivering the Programme with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee:

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver the Programme due to events beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, strikes, health crises, government action, or technical outages.


12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation, in line with the CEDR Model Mediation Procedure. If unresolved, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.


13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any updates will take effect immediately upon posting on our website or notification via email. Your continued participation in the Programme signifies your acceptance of any updated Terms.
